SCARF: Safety, Caring, Achievement, Resilience, Friendship
The SCARF whole-school approach promotes positive behaviour, mental health, wellbeing, resilience and achievement and the resources provided are a comprehensive toolkit for our staff.
At Farthinghoe we recognise that there is a clear link between children's mental and physical wellbeing, and their attainment. A whole-school approach to mental wellbeing, involving teachers, pupils and parents/carers working together can impact significantly on pupils' wellbeing, behaviour and learning.
