School Uniform
We have a compulsory uniform code based on our belief that uniform enhances a feeling of pride, belonging and ownership of our school. It is expected that all parents/carers support us in this.

Winter
Whilst children may arrive at school in boots (either wellington boots or leather/fashion boots), we request that they bring a pair of school shoes to wear during the school day. This ensures that each child’s clothing is suitable for every session.
Coats and hats should be warm, weather proof and suitable for school. We do request that hats with tassels of any kind attached (including ‘3 in 1’ hats with scarf and mittens/gloves) are not worn to school as they are a health and safety risk for children when in the playground.
Summer
To avoid injury, children should always wear shoes that cover the majority of their feet. As such, sandals and other strapped footwear should not be worn to school.
Hair should be neat and, if long, kept off the face. Hairbands should be simple and predominantly of a single colour.

Earrings:
If your child has pierced ears, small studs are permitted. Earrings present a health and safety risk during P.E sessions and, as such, MUST be removed by the child for PE. We are no longer able to put tape or plasters on ears. Any child who comes to school with earrings on and is unable to remove them will not be allowed to participate in P.E. This is in order to assure each child’s safety.
All items of school uniform that have the school logo on them are available to order from the school office.
We also ask that you ensure that all items of clothing are labelled with your child's name.
