The School Day​

​08.35 : Entrance gate is opened by a member of staff and children should begin to arrive for school. Parents are asked to remain on the playground with their child/ren.

08.45 : Staff come onto the playground and a bell is rung. Children line up and the register is taken. Parents depart and the entrance gate is closed

10.45 : Morning break (15 mins)

12.00 : Lunch time - packed lunches and hot meals are served at 12pm, followed by playtime on the playground

13.00 : Start of afternoon session for Juniors & Infants

**Infants break during the afternoon session - to fit with curriculum**

15.15 : End of school day. Entrance gate is opened by a member of staff and parents are invited onto the school playground to meet their child from the care of the class teacher or teaching assistant

The total number of hours provided by our school is 32.5 hours/week.
