On 7th March, we went to Greatworth Hall Farm. These are the activities we took part in: holding the lambs, baking cheese and chive scones and measuring their fields.
We all had a chance to hold one of the lambs, feed one and we even saw a new born lamb take its first steps.
Then we baked delicious cheese and chive scones and thought about how it would be made on an industrial scale. In the afternoon, we went into the stubble turnip field and measured it with a trundle wheel. Some of us even took a stubble turnip home as a souvenir! We all had a LAMB-azing and BAA-rilliant time!
